  and ts_mtmva.adb for shortened parameter list to mv_lift.
  For fully mixed systems, must permute the polynomials and the lifted

Mon 7 Dec 2015 : pipelined_polyhedral_trackers.adb simulate path tracking
  through a multitasked mixed volume count.  Refactored code from
  multitasking_polyhedral_trackers into polyhedral_start_systems.
  The pipelined polyhedral trackers work for fully mixed when the permutation
  is the identity and only in standard double precision.
